About Me

I came out of my first yoga class some 16 years ago feeling grounded, balanced and calm and floated all the way home! I knew then that I had discovered something in my life that would have a profound and transformative effect. Since that day, yoga has always been something that I have come back to, wherever I was or whatever I was doing.

I tried many different styles; ashtanga, acro, hatha, iyengar, bikram, kundalini, yin and restorative and continue to explore more. Every class I go to, I always learn something new. In 2009 I spent a month at the Yoga Farm in Costa Rica deepening my practice and once I returned home I trained under the guidance of Swami Nishchalananda Saraswati on a 2 year British Wheel of Yoga teacher training programme at the Mandala Yoga Ashram, Carmarthen.

I moved to Cornwall 5 years ago and began attending classes with internationally renowned yoga teacher Bridget Woods Kramer. I then realised I’d found my teacher and my style of yoga! After completing a 6 month Anusara ‘Immersion’ course, I recently completed the Bridget Woods Kramer School of Yoga 200hr Yoga Alliance teacher Training with Bridget, Carlos Pomeda and Ananda Leone, considered to be one of the finest teacher trainings of its kind in the world.

Yoga continues to nourish, inspire, ground and lift me and I look forward to sharing it with you.

I am registered with the Yoga Alliance for 200hrs with the Bridget Woods Kramer School of Yoga 2014 – 2015

I am also accredited as a British Wheel of Yoga after qualifying as a Yoga Teacher with the Mandala Yoga Ashram 2009 – 2011.
